Service Area: We currently provide delivery service only within Hong Kong.
Additional surcharges or delivery restrictions may apply to remote areas and outlying islands.

Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to single orders over HKD 300. A flat shipping fee of HKD 25 will be charged for orders under HKD 300.

Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates only, affected by traffic, weather and public holidays. We are not liable for any loss caused by delivery delays.

Risk Transfer: Product ownership and transportation risk will be transferred to the buyer after signed receipt.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If delivery fails due to wrong address or no one available to receive, a second delivery fee will be charged.
